Goals:
It is the goal of trophy hunting club to promote quality deer management and the enjoyment of the outdoors.  We strongly encourage the taking of Mature Bucks only (8 points or better).  The taking of younger, immature Bucks is highly frowned upon.  We are seeking only members who have these same management goals in mind.
General:

(1) The Club is managed by a Governing Committee, comprised of 5 club members
(2) It is each member’s responsibility to initially set up their own hookups to water and power. Each individual camper should have a shutoff and drain valve below ground located at the point near where waterline comes out of ground to your camper. Once installed these hook ups become club Property and must be left in working order upon you leaving the club at any time in the future.  Thereafter, included as a part of your annual dues are the costs for water and grass maintenance on the campgrounds. You are responsible for paying power usage to whoever you connect power into.
(3) When you leave your cabin or trailer, please turn off the water and winterize.
(4) If you have any questions, call one of the club members on the Governing Committee.
(5) The Governing Committee can at any time by a simple Majority Vote, remove any member from the club. If this is ever required there will be no refund of dues and the X member can only return to club property with Permission of the committee. So, please abide by all rules so as not to risk your ability to continue your membership in Trophy Hunting Club.
(6) Family members of an existing club member, who want to join Trophy Hunting Club, will take precedent over all others. All prospective members, who are recommended by an existing club member, will be moved to the top of the waiting list. One member of the Governing Committee (Harry Mauldin) will be responsible for keeping this list in order.
